Orca Mobile · Android · Comes with the licence
Say yes from the train. The rest can wait for the desk.
Orca Mobile is the Android app that comes with your licence. Same Orca, same queue: the drafts, the needs-a-decision cards, the scheduling threads and the follow-ups the desktop prepared overnight, ready to approve wherever you are. New mail pushes while the app is closed, with Mark read, Archive, Delete and Reply on the notification itself. And the assistant comes too, with the phone's own tools.
The phone app comes with the Orca licence and installs from the Install page. It signs in with your licence key, it does not use up a desktop activation, and it checks for updates itself.
The desk does the work. The phone does the yes.
Orca on your Mac or PC prepares the day. Orca Mobile reads the same queue and lets you act on it, with nothing new to set up.
Install and sign in
One APK from the Install page, one licence key. The phone checks the key without claiming a device slot, and keeps working for a week if it is offline. Updates arrive as a banner in the app.
The queue follows you
Drafts, decisions, scheduling threads, follow-ups, bookings and the calendar review are the same records the desktop made. Approve a draft on the phone and it sends the way the desktop would, threaded on the right email.
Chat with the phone's tools
The assistant has the same mail, calendar, Teams, transcript, task and search tools, plus the phone's own: open navigation, open an app, read and reply to notifications, look up a contact, use the clipboard.
Notifications that know what matters
New mail arrives with the buttons already on it.
The app keeps a live connection open in the background, so new mail lands on the phone while Orca is closed. The notification carries Mark read, Archive, Delete and Reply, which is most of what you would have opened it to do.
- The things waiting on you. A nudge when drafts or decisions are queued, follow-ups checked every five minutes, and a warning when two meetings collide.
- The morning briefing. The same briefing the desktop wrote at seven, on the phone before you have found your keys.
- Ten minutes before a meeting. A nudge that says whether the prep brief is ready, so you can read it in the lift rather than discover it afterwards.
- Other apps' notifications, on request. Ask the chat what is waiting in WhatsApp, Teams, Slack, Telegram, Messenger, Gmail or Outlook, and reply through the phone's own reply action without opening any of them.
Capture, and the rest of the app
Write the thought down before the next meeting eats it.
When a meeting ends, the phone asks whether there is anything to note. What you type is saved and sent straight into Orca Notes, where it is filed, linked to what it relates to, and there for the follow-up and the next brief.
The rest of Orca is in there too, cut down for a phone: Today, Inbox, Autopilot, Chat, Brain, Briefing, Calendar, Bookings, Socials, People and Settings. The inbox syncs just your inbox folder, keeps the message bodies steady, and has undo send for the one you regret.
It is deliberately a companion. The heavy lifting, the overnight triage, the meeting prep, the harvests, all of that runs on the desk. The phone is for the moments between.
Same Orca, same rules, smaller screen.
A phone app that behaves differently from the desktop is a second thing to learn. This one does not.
Drafts stay drafts
The phone shows you what the desktop wrote. It sends when you tap Approve, and it discards when you tap Discard. Nothing goes out because you glanced at a notification.
One queue, not a copy
The phone reads and writes the same records as the desktop. Approve on the train and the desk already knows. There is no sync button because there is nothing to sync.
Three permissions
Internet, notifications and contacts. That is the whole list. The app asks for what it uses and nothing it does not.
How it fits
Three parts of Orca you will mostly use from the phone.
Orca Mobile is Orca for your phone. These are the parts of it that earn their place on a small screen.

Questions: chris@simmance.ai.
The questions people ask first.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not today. Orca Mobile is Android. On any phone, the Orca web app runs in the browser for briefings, draft approvals and activity, with nothing to install.
Is it on the Play Store?
No. It installs as an APK from the Install page, and the app checks for new versions itself and shows a banner when there is one.
Can I approve from the notification without opening the app?
Mail notifications, yes: Mark read, Archive, Delete and Reply are on the notification. Drafts and decisions get a Review button that opens the queue, so you see the whole thing before you tap Approve.
Does it need the desktop running?
The desktop is what prepares the drafts, the briefs and the follow-ups, so the queue is only as fresh as the desk. The phone's own mail push, chat and calendar work on their own.
What does it do when I'm offline?
The licence check is cached for seven days, so a week without signal does not lock you out. Anything you approve needs a connection to send, the same as the desktop.
Orca, in your pocket.
