Orca Inbox · Mail for every connected mailbox
The reply is already in the thread. You just have to say yes.
Orca Inbox is Orca's own mail client. Every mailbox you connect, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, up to five of them, in one window. When Orca drafts a reply it does not go off to a separate queue somewhere: it sits inside the conversation, under the message it answers, with Approve and send next to it. Read the thread, read the draft, send. Or edit it, or tell Orca what to change.
Mac and Windows. Connect mailboxes by OAuth, no passwords typed into Orca. Nothing is sent without your approval, and Orca never marks your mail as read.
Connect, read, approve. The drafting happened before you opened it.
It is a mail client first. The difference is what is already waiting in the thread when you get there.
Connect your mailboxes
Up to five accounts, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace side by side, each connected by OAuth. Folders show as your provider shows them: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Archive, the lot.
Orca works the thread
Autopilot triages what arrives and drafts replies where it can. Each draft lands inside the conversation it belongs to, not in a side panel you have to go and find.
You say yes, from anywhere
Approve and send in the thread, in Today, or from a Telegram message with Send, Edit and Discard buttons on it. Nothing goes out on its own.
The Needs you folder
One folder for everything that is waiting on you, and nothing that isn't.
Needs you sits at the top of the folder pane, above your mailboxes. Under it: Drafts to approve, Meetings to confirm, Waiting on reply, Promises, Tracking, Scheduled Emails, Snoozed. Each one is a list of things Orca has either done or is holding for you.
So the question "what do I actually have to deal with" has one answer, in one place, and the rest of the inbox can be whatever state it is in. Which, honestly, is the bit that changes how the morning feels.
Approve from anywhere
The same draft, in the thread and on your phone.
A draft Orca writes is one object. In the Inbox it shows as a card inside the conversation, with Approve and send, Edit and Discard. Connect your own Telegram bot and the same card arrives as a message with Send, Edit and Discard buttons under it. Tap Send on the train and it goes, from the right mailbox, with the right signature.
- Your bot, not ours. Set it up once in Settings, Credentials, Telegram. Orca talks to your bot directly.
- Edit means edit. Tap Edit and reply with what you want changed, and Orca rewrites the draft to that instruction. Or open it in the app and change it by hand.
- Held before sending. There is an undo window after Approve, so a wrong tap is not a sent email.
The everyday tools
Snooze, send later, chase. Without leaving the message.
These are the things a good mail client should have had years ago. Keyboard first, one menu each.
Snooze
Press H on a message. It leaves the inbox and comes back unread at the time you chose, with a note of anything that happened in the thread while it was away.
Schedule send
Later today, tomorrow, Monday, or a time you pick. The message waits in Scheduled Emails and goes from the mailbox you wrote it in.
Follow-up reminders
Remind me if no reply. Orca checks the thread itself, so if they do answer, the reminder quietly goes away. If they don't, it lands in Waiting on reply.
Mute
Mute a conversation and new replies skip the Inbox, with no notifications. Unmute and they come back to the Inbox again. Nothing is deleted either way.
Block and unsubscribe
Block a sender from the message, or from a multi-select of them. Unsubscribe uses the list's own link where there is one, and tells you when there isn't.
Templates and signatures
A template library with placeholders Orca fills from the thread, then flags: "Orca filled the gaps. Read it through before sending." Each mailbox keeps its own signature.
Open and click tracking
It exists. It is off until you turn it on.
Two things have to be true before a pixel or a tracked link goes anywhere near a message. You have switched Track opens and clicks on in Settings, and the tracking endpoint is actually configured. Neither is true out of the box.
When it is on, the Tracking folder under Needs you shows what happened to each sent message: Opened, Link clicked, Delivered via Apple Mail (which hides read state, so that is what it says), No opens. From a row you can reply in the thread or start a new message to the same people.
We default it off because most mail should not be tracked. It is there for the proposal you sent on Tuesday and the chase you are deciding whether to send on Friday. Not for everything.
How it fits with the rest of Orca
The Inbox is where you read. The pieces around it are where the work gets done before you arrive.

Questions people ask
Do I have to stop using Outlook or Gmail?
No. Orca Inbox reads and writes through your provider, so the mail is still in Outlook or Gmail, in the same folders, with the same read state. Orca never marks a message read on your behalf. Use both if you want to; the drafts only show in Orca.
Can Orca send something without me?
No. Every outbound message, whether Orca drafted it or you did, goes through approval. Approve in the thread, in Today, or from Telegram. Even then there is an undo window before it actually leaves.
What happens to a draft I ignore?
It sits in Drafts to approve under Needs you. Orca nudges you about pending drafts hourly if you have that on, and stale ones expire rather than going out late with the wrong context.
Does the Telegram bot see all my mail?
It sees what Orca sends it: the card for a draft, decision or meeting, and your taps and replies. It is your own bot, created in your own Telegram account, talking to your own Orca. There is no shared bot in the middle.
Is open and click tracking on?
Off by default. It only works once you have switched it on in Settings and the tracking endpoint is configured. Until both are true no pixel and no rewritten link is added to anything.
