1. Your Personal Report
The report designed to be sent upwards is yours to generate and yours to share. From the dashboard, build a summary of your tracked time for a period, review it, and share it with your manager or client when you are happy with it. Nobody generates it on your behalf, and it never goes anywhere until you send it.
2. The Admin Team View
Admins see the team's time rolled up by person, client, and period, at the detail level the organisation has chosen: window titles included in granular mode, durations and rollups only in holistic mode. See the privacy guide for the full who-sees-what picture.
3. CSV and Billing Export
Team time exports to CSV from the dashboard, rolled up by person and client for a chosen period, ready for invoicing or payroll. Client attribution comes from the rules your admin has set up (see the admin guide), and re-attributes retrospectively when rules change, so exports reflect your current rules even for older time.
