Orca Time is licensed per organisation with a fixed seat allowance, provisioned directly by the publisher and invoiced directly. There is no in-product payment, and no self-serve sign-up outside a provisioned organisation.

1. The Licence

OMG Center Limited (the publisher) grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Orca Time (the Mac application and the web dashboard at time.simmance.ai) for its internal business purposes, for up to the number of seats in your allowance.

2. Seats and Provisioning

  • Licences are provisioned by the publisher: an admin email address is enabled, the organisation is created when that admin signs up, and team members join by invite link.
  • The seat allowance is fixed per licence. When it is reached, further sign-ups are refused until a seat is freed or the allowance is increased by agreement.
  • Licences are validated via Keygen, which holds only the organisation's company name and admin email in licence metadata.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are invoiced directly by the publisher on the agreed cycle. There is no payment mechanism inside the product. If invoices remain unpaid, the publisher may suspend the licence.

4. Suspension

Suspension stops all sync immediately, for every seat: the app stops uploading tracked time and the dashboard stops serving it. Suspension does not delete anything. Your organisation's data is retained in line with each user's retention settings, and normal service resumes when the licence is reinstated. Termination and data return are handled under the data processing agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Orca Time software, dashboard, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of the publisher. Your organisation owns its data. Nothing in this licence transfers any rights in the software, and nothing in it gives the publisher any rights over your data beyond the processing needed to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

The licence covers use of Orca Time as designed: tracking the working time of consenting members of your organisation, within your seat allowance. It does not cover reverse engineering the application, reselling access, or attempting to circumvent the isolation and redaction controls described in the information security document.
